研究興趣


  個人近期研究興趣是在建立以碎形維度、腦迴指數、形態指標、彎曲度等形態指標與神經纖維資訊分析腦部結構形態的影像處理平台,並結合基因資料,探討之大腦結構退化程度與臨床表現或疾病進程的對應關係。目前的研究成果包括: 小腦型多重系統萎縮症病患的三維腦迴指數較正常人低,甚至在發病初期及出現此項特徵 [NeuroImage, 2010, 2012];磁振頻譜量測值能預測脊髓小腦萎縮症病患之發病年紀,並回溯評估的真實發病年齡[PLOS ONE, 2013];小腦型多重系統萎縮症病患的腦部小世界結構已呈現瓦解並有了小腦白質退化的情況 [Mov Disord, Brain Struct Funct, 2013]。
